NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER CONTAINED IN SECURITY DEED STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF Muscogee Pursuant to a power of sale contained in a certain security deed executed by Sammie Lee Watson and Katherine Watson, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, to Georgia Mortgage Center, Inc. recorded in Deed Book 2639, beginning at page 113 and clarified by Affidavit recorded at Deed Book 12408, page 88, of the deed records of the Clerk of the Superior Court of the aforesaid state and county, and by virtue of a default under the terms of said security deed, and the related note, the undersigned attorney-in-fact for the aforesaid Grantor (which attorney-in-fact is the present holder of said security deed and note secured thereby) will sell at the usual place of conducting Sheriff's sales in said county within the legal hours of sale, for cash, to the highest bidder on the first Tuesday in November 2018, all property described in said security deed including but not limited to the following described property: All those lots, tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, being known and distinguished as all of Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block "C", of that certain Subdivision of land known as Sun Hill, according to a map or plat of said Subdivision recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, in Plat Book 8, Folio 170, to which reference is made for specific dimensions and location of said Lots 5 and 6. Said legal description being controlling, however, the Property is more commonly known as: 3556 Boby Drive, Columbus, GA 31907 Said property will be sold on an "as-is" basis without any representation, warranty or recourse against the above-named or the undersigned.
