Petitioners are the trustees of The Vine Trust, which is a trust established pursuant to the laws of the State of Georgia for the benefit of Lauren Gill (n/k/a Lauren Hodge) and Kaitlyn Gill (n/k/a Kaitlyn Hodge). They are residents of Georgia and have authority to file this Petition. RE: That certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 29, 8th District, Columbus, Georgia, and being Part of Lots 1 and 2, Block "K", Edgewood Survey, and being known and designated as ALL OF PARCEL "A" and ALL OF PARCEL "B" as shown upon a map or plat entitled "Replat Lot 1 & Part of Lot 2, Block "K", Edgewood Survey on Macon Road, Lying in Land Lot 29, Eighth District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia", dated August 5, 1988, revised January 17, 1989, and prepared by Webb Engineering & Surveying, Inc., a copy of said map or plat being recorded in Plat Book 109, page 2 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, and to which map or plat reference is hereby. Parcel "B", as shown upon the above described map or plat contains 0.8036 acres and Parcel "A", as shown upon the above described map or plat contains 0.4608 acres. NOTICE TO: (1) All persons and/or entities identified as Respondents in the above named caption; (2) Kevin Hartshorn, individually and as Trustee of the Gill Family Cornerstone Trust, and in any other representative capacity whatsoever; Daniel Van Gasken, individually and as Trustee of the 25th-D Real Estate Holding Trust, and in any other representative capacity whatsoever; John A. Gill, Jr., individually, as Executive Director of Ten Talents Ministry Integrated Auxiliary Chapter of the IAL, as Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Services, Inc., N.W., as Trustor of the 25th-D Real Estate Holding Trust, and in any representative capacity whatsoever; Kerry R. Smith, individually, and as Executive Trustee of the Order of IAL, and in any other representative capacity whatsoever; Michael Ray Gill, individually, as attorney-in-fact for John A. Gill, Jr., and in any other representative capacity whatsoever; Joseph D. Gill, individually, and in any representative capacity whatsoever; Loren C. Gill, individually, and in any representative capacity whatsoever; Jay Nicol, individually, and in any representative capacity whatsoever; Steve Thomas, individually, and in any representative capacity whatsoever; Corporate Services, Inc., its successors and/or assigns; and (3) any and all persons known and unknown claiming right, title, power, interest, ownership, equity, claim or demand in and to the land described above, and all occupants, tenants, lessees, licensees, and all holders, owners and users of ways in, across, over and under said land. TAKE NOTICE that on November 6, 2018, Petitioners filed a Petition to Quiet Title in the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia pursuant to the provision of O.C.G.A. ยง23-3-60 et seq. The filed Petition should be consulted to determine the specific allegations therein. By reason of an order of service by publication entered by said Court on January 29, 2019, you are hereby Commanded and Required to file an answer with the Clerk of said Court within sixty (60) days of the date of said Order (or 30 days after the date this Notice is last published), and a copy of same should be mailed to Petitioner's Attorney, Richard A. Childs, whose address is P.O. Box 1625, Columbus, GA 31902. Your failure to do so may result in the loss of all rights, title and interest that you may have in or to said real property. ALSO TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the above-referenced Quiet Title civil action matter will be held by Special Master James R. Moye, Esq., on the 1st day of May, 2019, beginning at 9:00 a.m., in the Probate Courtroom, 6th Floor, Government Center Tower, 100 10th Street, Columbus, Georgia. The purpose of the hearing will be to take evidence from all parties present on the factual issues of the Petition, and to hear and take under advisement any questions of law that the parties may have as to such issues. Any party who needs a transcript of the hearing must provide for a certified court reporter to be present at such hearing to take down all proceedings. After the conclusion of the hearing, the Special Master will submit to the Court a Special Master's Report of his findings regarding the validity, nature, and extent of Petitioner's title and all other interests in the land referenced in the Petition, moving that the Court adopt the Report as the Final Judgment and Decree of the Court in this matter.
