NOTICE OF PETITION FOR IN REM FORECLOSURE To Whom It May Concern, and to those Respondents named above: Take notice pursuant to the provisions of O.C.G.A. ยง 48-4-78(f), that Lula Huff, solely in her capacity as the Tax Commissioner for Muscogee County, Georgia filed the above-styled petition on January 7, 2019, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, in Columbus, Georgia, seeking authority to conduct an in rem foreclose for failure of the payment of ad valorem taxes due for the years 2011 through 2018 in the amount of $5,166.41 (amount includes principal amount of taxes owed and any accrued interest and penalties as of October 17, 2018) for real property located at the address identified above. The applicable parcel identification number is 029-044-008. This is one of the lots that A. H. Dudley acquired from L. G.
