The applicable parcel identification number is 007-006-026. White, Jr., and recorded in Plat Book 9, Folio 72, of the records in the Office of Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which plat reference is made for a more complete and accurate description of the property herein conveyed; said lot fronting 52.2 feet on the South line of 29th Street and extending back South therefrom, with a West line of 100 feet, with an East line of 52 feet, and with a Southeastern or ear line of 71 feet, all as shown by the above-described plat.
