The applicable parcel identification number is 013-013-015. Carr & Company dated December, 1963, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia in Plat Book 32, Pages 125 through 130, to which reference is made for the specific dimensions and location of said Lot 80. There is located on said property a dwelling known as 406 Wilton Street. Together with all rights, title, and interest running with the above-described property but not taxed under a separate tax reference number as delineated on the tax maps of the petitioner for the year(s) for the taxes being foreclosed.
