NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, MUSCOGEE COUNTY THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed executed by Carrie L Bishop, married woman, in favor of InterLinc Mortgage Services, LLC, a Limited Liability Company, on April 1, 2015, said security instrument being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, at Book 11499, Page 190; and subsequently transferred to Georgia Housing and Finance Authority, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $67,570.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Muscogee County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June, 2019, the following described property: All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Muscogee County, Georgia, and being known and designated as all of LOT NUMBERED FOUR (4), BLOCK "A", ARGALYN MANOR, as said parcel is shown on that certain plat of said subdivision, dated August 21, 1953, prepared by Siegel Engineering Company, recorded in Plat Book 10, Folio 27, of the records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which plat reference is made for a more complete and accurate description of the real property herein conveyed.
