BROOKS to GROUP FINANCIAL SOUTHEAST in the original principal amount of $56,033.00 dated April 30, 1999 and recorded in Deed Book 5264, Page 174, Muscogee County records, said Security Deed being last transferred to BANKCORPSOUTH BANK in Deed Book 5264, Page 182, Muscogee County records, the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, before the Courthouse door in said County, or at such other place as lawfully designated, within the legal hours of sale, on October 01, 2019, the property in said Security Deed and described as follows: ALL THAT LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 15, 9TH LAND DISTRICT, COLUMBUS, MUSCOGEE COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS "PARCEL THREE", ON A SURVEY THEREOF DATED JANUARY 14, 1964, MADE BY THOMAS L.
