STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF MUSCOGEE NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Because of a default under the terms of the Security Deed executed by Edward D. Robinson to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Synovus Mortgage Corp. dated September 3, 2008, and recorded in Deed Book 9477, Page 209, Muscogee County Records, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, securing a Note in the original principal amount of $79,576.00, the holder thereof pursuant to said Deed and Note thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Deed, will on the first Tuesday, March 5, 2019, during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed, to-wit: All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, being known and designated as ALL OF LOT NUMBERED SIXTEEN (16) in BLOCK LETTERED "B", SECTION TWO, ALLISON ESTATES, as said lot is shown upon a map or plat entitled "Section Two, Allison Estates, Part Land Lot 43, 9th District, Muscogee County, Georgia", prepared by Siegel Engineering Company under date of December 1, 1967, filed for record December 27, 1967, and recorded in Plat Book 42, Folio 30-A in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference is made for the particular location and dimensions of said lot. Located thereon is house numbered 6119 Luna Drive, according to the present system of numbering houses in Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia. Said property is known as 6119 Luna Drive, Columbus, GA 31907, together with all fixtures and personal property attached to and constituting a part of said property, if any.
